Specs In depth knowledge of Avocent LANDesk ITBM and LANDesk Service Desk solution (essential) Experience of ITBM Core installation and configuration. Experience in LANDesk service desk 7.3 Extensive experience in LANDesk Service Desk solution design, build and implementation LANDesk system set up and configuration LANDesk Service Desk Mobile Portal and Self Service portal configuration Must have experience in integration between LANDesk Service Desk and other systems/technologies Process and Workflow design for ITSM processes like incident, problem, change, asset and config, release etc Experience of working in IT Service Management environment Experience of ITIL v3
