I have a 6 month requirement for a Contract 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Specialist. My Manchester Based Client have won a major project and need assistance in ensuring that they are getting the relevant support from their internal team. The relevant candidate will have experience with: - General PC Support - Experience with Outlook and Exchange - Experience with Lotus Notes (advantageous) You will have on-site training for this role, however it is important that the candidate will have excellent communication and worked in positions of this nature before.
