Unanswered: Making Changes To Stored Procedures

I have what I think is a fairly basic question.

I'm running SQL Server 2000 (I have literally no database admin experience)

There are several stored procedures stored on the database.

I have to make some coding changes to some of them.

I can get the stored procedure code loaded into query analyser to make the changes and test. But, what I can't figure out, is how to save my changes back to the original stored procedure.

    You have three commands:
    CREATE PROCEDURE
    DROP PROCEDURE
    ALTER PROCEDURE

    You want the last one
