    Unanswered: adding constraints...9i

    Hi

When I add a constraint to a table, I use:

    Code:
    ADD (CONSTRAINT TABLE_NAME_PK PRIMARY KEY(DATETIME,COL1,COL2)
So when I check under constraints in Toad, I see:

    Code:
    Constraint Columns:
    Column Name Position
    Datetime 1
    COL1 2
    COL2 3
My question is, could someone please confirm the query, so that after adding a constraint, the 'Constraints' section in Toad shows:

    Code:
    "DATETIME" IS NOT NULL
Like if there are 3 cols in the PK, the first row show the type as
    Code:
    Primary Key
and then all 3 columns and then next 3 lines (under constraints) show each column as
    Code:
    COL_NAME 'IS NOT NULL'
    and it's type as
    Code:
    Check
    Appreciated and Thanks.

    Regards
