Red face Unanswered: CSV linebreak problem

    Hello ,

I am exporting some tables in csv format (on default settings) from a db2 express c database. I am trying to import them inside the same table recreated on ISeries. However the CSV contains line breaks in some long strings, so some rows are not imported on the ISeries table (they are just skipped altogether).

Is there any way to adjust the CSV through some export or import options ?

Any clue round this problem guys ?

    Use IXF format instead.
"It does not work" is not a valid problem statement.

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to migrate a DB2 express c database to ISeries. We don't have the DB2 Connect product so I am trying to reverse engineer the database there with db2move and CSV export on ISeries. Can you recommend me any other way which don't involve DB2 Connect ?
