    Unanswered: BOM Comparisons

    I've been searching for this all morning, but haven't had any success.

    I need to find something to help me get started on how to compare BOMs.

    My table is simple

    PRODUCT
    RAWMAT
    LBSTON

    Each product can have 3 to 10 rawmats. There are about 1500 products, and 125 different rawmats.

    I'm looking for products that have identical BOM's (same number of rawmats and same lbston for each one). Usually I just start experimenting and eventually stumble into something, but I'm not sure where to even start in this case.

    Any ideas?

    BOM = Bill Of Materials

    I was able to do it (relatively easily) with a cursor and a temp table.

    Thanks
