    Unanswered: Insert multiple rows in db2 table

    Hi
    I have this situation I get 200 records of a web service and I had to save them in a table, in this moment I take record to record and execute a call procedure por each one, but this operation take too much time, 3 or 4 seconds, for mi aplication this time is fatallity, how can do to better this operation???

    If you have business logic in the stored procedure you are calling, then you are probably out of luck. If not, you can insert multiple rows using one INSERT statement.

    you might want to try to use LOAD or IMPORT
    DB2 9.5/9.7 on Unix/AIX 6.1/Linux
