Unanswered: Parsing text strings to words

I have decoded some text into a long string of words without any spaces to separate them and I wish to automate the addition of spaces so that the text is returned as separate words. Is there a way to do this in Excel?

For example if I were to enter:

    Ihavedecodedsometextintoalongstringofwordswithouts pacestoseparatethemandIwishtoautomatetheadditionof spaces

I would want the output to be:

I have decoded some text into a long string of words without spaces to separate them and I wish to automate the addition of spaces

How does your parser know you want "text into a long" and not "ex tin to along"?

In short I would say no - you are in to some very complex linguistic (or at the very least some heavy duty brute force) parsing here.

Thank you, Pootle Flump, for your prompt reply. Sadly I thought this may be the case.

How have you arrived at the long string of text? It might be possible to add a delimiter earlier in the process.
10% of magic is knowing something that no-one else does. The rest is misdirection.
