Unanswered: Granting Delete Rights to Procedure?

I have a stored procedure that must delete rows from a table that users otherwise do NOT have delete rights.

Can I give the stored procedure the rights to delete rows from this table (regardless of who is running the procedure) while still leaving the table without delete rights (to prevent users from running sql to delete data)?

    Thanks!

Have the procedure (CLEAN_TBL) owned by the same schema that owns the table.

GRANT EXECUTE ON CLEAN_TBL TO <UNPRIVED_USER>
