    Exclamation Unanswered: short cut keys

i am using access 2003 at work i have to repetitively put in DATES and text information, i can do it in tables or forms, my manager did tell me a key combination to quickly insert the last entry for each field into each NEW field but i forgotten what it was and she has gone away for 3 weeks; no one else in the office uses access.

if you need to be able to recall all the information just entered then you need to do a bit of work with VBA to store the vlaues of the text boxes prior to updating (that would be the BEFORE UPDATE event, and then set those values in the AFTER ADD event.
