Unanswered: Could not start service MySQL - reinstall

I have tried about 10 times and searched google up and down. Cannot do it.
    I am using standard config.

    Tried
    1) delete old install folder
    2) data folder in application data folder
    3) mysql registry (using regedit)

reinstall and still got the same error.
