The market has started to recover (not good yet, but much better than last year), however the companies we are working with are still being selective, but if they find the right candidate, the do move quickly. I think a lot of companies are starting to see that they have cut too deep into their talent pool and they over estimated the size of the slow down and are starting to re-staff

With that said, I am looking for a specific skill set:

I am looking for a strong developer of Microstrategy, as well as some knowledge of Java. Any experience with 9i would be a major plus.

This position is in north/central NJ and is a long-term contract that could potentially turn to perm if desired.
For that reason, the client will only accept EAD,GC or citizenship for the status of the applicants.

These are ASAP starts for contracts potentially lasting through out 2010 and maybe longer. Individuals should be able to interview and start ASAP.
