Unanswered: Remove un-wanted fields from an Access Report

    Hi,
I have a report that is built from a copy of another report. The new report is not using certain fields that were in the original report. These fields are not in the source data and every time I run the report I get a prompt that says "Enter Parameter Value" and the name of the field. I looked all over the report to try to remove that field and can't find it. I thought it would be in the sort/grouping fields but it is not. Is there an easy way to find that field on the report?

    Thanks

If the field is not on the report, it's probably somewhere in the RecordSource of the report.
    Have a nice day!

I've also seen a field that has conditional formatting on it which has an expression with a field's name in it cause this prompt.
