Unanswered: Copying schema and some (but not all) data

I have two MSSQL servers. I need to copy schema and data from one database to another. But I only want to transfer some records of some tables.

If I use SQL Server Database Publishing Wizard, it is either all of the data, or nothing.

Is there a program that will let me copy just some of the rows, rather than all of them? The .sql output from the wizard is convenient for uploading to another database as it is already in 'INSERT INTO ' format, but the wizard is taking a while and often timing out.

DTS or SSIS will do this for you.

The wizards actually create packages that transfer the entire database, but you can create custom packages to select objects and filtered data.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

Data Transformation Services (DTS) in Enterprise Manager worked well - thank you
