Is there an easy way (through SQL) that I can use to detect if a MQT that is defined as "DATA INITIALLY DEFERRED REFRESH DEFERRED MAINTAINED BY SYSTEM" is being refreshed? The underlying tables are constantly being modified so it needs to be "REFRESH DEFERRED". We plan on manually refreshing it once per day (cron), but we want to detect if it is being refreshed before a query is allowed against it. We do not want to try a query against the table and get a lock timeout.
