Unanswered: MultiSelect or check box from Combo box

Hello all. I am using a subform with a combo box to display several options and associated details for each option. How can I make multiple selections using Shift or Ctrl or even displaying the list with check boxes to select more than one item at a time?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Every List box and every combo box has a MultiSelect property that's just used for that. By default you can only select one row, but you can modify the MultiSelect property so that you can select several rows at once. There are 2 different modes (see Access help).

Thanks Sinndho. I am using Access 2007. When I change the combo box to a list box, i get an option in the properties for 'Multi Select'. When I change it back to a combo box, the properties no longer show a 'Multi Select' option. Is it called something else?
