Unanswered: Where to store edited Query Results

Ive created a form based on a query. On this form Id like to add/change data. Then save the results to a table different from the underlying query.

First problem is my editing changes the underlying data. Im not trying to edit the tables the query was based on.

Ive thought of an append query. Or make table query. Is there something better, simpler.

Without understand exactly what you are trying to do, I can only make a guess.

Based on the limited details, I would probably go with an Append query.
