    Thumbs up Unanswered: ms access help needed

    Dear Friends

    I would like to put a request to help me out on this issue

    I have a access table (Pay master) where in I have the current CTC and based on the Ranking , I would like to fix the percentage of increase in NCTC Ratio and based on the New CTC ratio the New CTC to be calculated

    I need a updation query employee wise to accept the Performance Rank of employees called as (PRANK)

    NEW CTC Ratio called (NCTCRATE)

    Based on this NCTRATE , on running a query , the NEW CTC to be created as a new file called (NEWPAY)

    Kindly help me out to create a NEWPAY File ,

    kindly Write a Query for this and send to me to RBSAIADITHIYA@gmail.com

    I am not sure that this can by doing with just a query.

    To help you will require a lot more details about the tables.

    It may be best for you to attach a copy of your database.
