    1,2,3,4,5--row1
    1--row2
    3--row3
    4--row4
    6,7,8,9--row5
    10,11,12,13,14--row6

like this i am having the colum1 with different rows i want to assign same number to the data inside the row suppose some a is assigned to 1,2,3,4
then whenver next time 2 repeats i need to get a only like that for 3,4,5 also i need to get a only.

It is a faulty design to store multiple values in a single column.
    It violates Third Normal Form.

The problem statement & "requirements" are confusing, IMO.
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
