Hey guys, I am in need of some help with a DB in Access that I am unable to figure out myself. I have quite a few things I need help with so I am willing to pay the person who helps me. Please shoot me an email, reply, or PM, so that I can send you the db file.
I have a computer repair data base that my friend wants to use for his company but I am not knowledgeable enough to add what he wants to it.
1. A drop down box with a "How did you hear about us" Like (Internet, Email, Friends, Other) other opens up a box to type in
2. Unassigned work order Queue. When you don't select a technician, will also have its own report.
3. Pop up calendar for any date entry items
4. Subforms edited in Work order to "Services" and "Parts". Services Pull from a table, parts are typed
5. Add a Credit card processing fee to CC orders
a. Finished awaiting pick up
b. In progress with a technician
d. Sort by technician orders in progress.
