Red face Unanswered: script remove subdir in the db2inst1 home folder.

I have a script that wiped my /home/db2inst1 subfolders.
It left the database running but not able to do anything from this account to db2.
Restored the path with the slave db servers /home/db2inst1 directory.

It now allows me to do db2 stuff again, however when I try to do an online db backup it gives me the error. ( QL1035N The database is currently in use. SQLSTATE=57019 ).
The consistency ( Database is consistent = NO )
I'm guessing after some searching this might be the problem.

Is there a way of getting the database to check and change state?

    I don't want to shutdown db2 until I have a viable db2 backup.

    Any help appreciated .

Anyone know a solution to this problem, before calling db2 support?

I resolved my issue, the script to backup was set to offline backup. Problem resolved.
