Unanswered: Display the value of two fields in a separate field?

    Hello,

As per the attached Database, I want to automatically fill the field "MODELTYPE" by taking the values of two fields "BRAND" + "MODEL"

    For example:
if "BRAND" = TOYOTA and "MODEL" = VITZ
I want the field "MODELTYPE" to be automatically filled with a value of "TOYOTA VITZ"

Please help me to achieve this.

This is a violation of third normal form - you will now have transitive dependences and are vulnerable to update anomalies.
Just put the column in a query and reference that.
All you need is to concatenate:
    Code:
    ...., [BRAND] & " " & [MODEL] AS MODELTYPE
