    No,whenever I search about db2 architecture I get process overview.I want to know about individually physical and logical...

    physical ---table space containers,index..
    logical--views, bufferpool.....

    Please focus some more light on this....

    I thought bufferpools were physical objects
    DB2 9.5/9.7 on Unix/AIX 6.1/Linux

    try to read the doc first and see if you understand what db2 is all about
    if something is not clear than only ask specific question about topics or problems
