db2 tries to delete a file, but discovered it is q directory
    check systools tablespace
    list tablespace containers for x
drop this ts if no other tables in it and recreate it
    or check the db2look

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
