Unanswered: English Database on Foreign Language OS

I have a 2003 MS Access database which contains information in English. When I run it on a Japanese Windows XP computer, for every data entry in every field I need to manually change the keyboard from Japanese language to English, meaning by default the data expected by fields are Japanese.

How can I change the default data entry expected to be in English?

I have never had to localize an Access database, but I know controls have properties that can be changed for this. The text box control has a property called Keyboard Language that is defaulted to System. Changing this to English may help. I have not tried it and I am not sure it will work. Otherwise you can do a search for Localizing an Access Database.

Thanks DCKunkle, the above solution is working fine.
