    Dim pwd As String
pwd = InputBox("What is the Password?")
    If pwd = "password" Then
    MsgBox "You're In"
    Else
MsgBox "You Have Add Only Permissions"

To my knowledge there's no way to mask characters entered in an InputBox. This sort of thing is usually done with a separate, login form, using the Password option on the Input Mask of the field that is to be hidden. Then, depending on whether or not the password is correct, the action of opening the form is carried out/not carried out.
    Hope this helps!
