Unanswered: Populate record field with multiple subrecords

I am wanting to create a list in a text field in my Main table that lists all of te Container #s found under a master shipment. I need it for an automated excel export.

    Example
    (Table layout)tblFILES 1:M tblCTRS

    tblFILES fields - FILE# , FILEinfo, etc .. CTRLIST

    tblCTRS fields - CTR# FILE# (linked to tblFILES), etc. . .

populate all linking CTR# records in tblCTR# into tblFILES field CTRLIST

What does that mean? And what's a "master shipment"?

Here is what I am trying to do. I have an ocean shipment tracking dbase that has 2 main tables
    1. BOL Info
    2. CTR info

There can be multiple CTRs on a BOL. the tables are linked in a 1:M relationship. My clients want a report that shows the BOL info with the multiple ctrs on a single line. The report is an Excel spreadsheet, so I would like to have a field in the BOL info table that is a list of the CTRs, making is easier to export the data.

    example:
    table: BOL Info
    BOL#------Origin---------DepartureDate------ETA
    ABC123----Hong Kong----08/03/10-----------09/01/10

    table: CTR Info
    CTR#---------BOL#
    abba1224-----ABC123
    dool2331------ABC123

    new info for report
    BOL#---------DepartureDate-----ETA----------CTR#s
    ABC123-------08/03/10----------09/01/10-----abba1224, dool2331

    Can this be done?
