Unanswered: SqlWb.exe : The directory name is invalid.

I'm trying to run SQL Server Management Studio as another user and I'm getting the following pop up message:

    "C:\program files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\SqlWb.exe

    The directory name is invalid".

(I'm right clicking and calling the 'run as' option.)

Also, when I tried to run through command ( below) I am asked for a password but after I typed, a message saying : 'Attempting to start sqlwb.exe as user 'xxx' ... shows up but nothing comes up.

    runas /user:<domain>\user sqlwb

Anyone could give me a hint on how to get around this?
    Thank you very much!

Have you checked permissions level at a folder level?

Well, I was hoping this would not be a permission issue since I may not be able to fix it myself...
Is this the known reason for this error?

    Thank you for your reply.
