    Unanswered: Can I send an Invoice from Access?

    I plan to store hourly rates in a table and the number of hours a customer used.

    I want to be able to retrieve the Customer info into a doc (or form?) along with the calculated total - and then email it to the customer as an Invoice.

    What's the best way to handle the hours and the rates?

    Would a form be the best way to make the invoice?

    I would have an email in my Sent Items but I'd rather keep a record of who's been billed in table, how would I do that?

    Make your invoice as a report.
