    Unanswered: Database Search filter

    Hi! I'm totally new to microsoft access, I'm doing a simple search engine in my form.. that onchange of the textbox value, it will filter the result without pressing any button. anyone can help me with this function? thanks in advance!

    here is the scene of my form: i have a textbox and has the label named title.. below the textbox is a subform/subreport that displays all the values in the table..

    function refresh_subform(........ as ......)
    The ...... as ..... is the value from the textbox
    make a recordsource for the subform with an sql statement and the where is the value form th etextbox to display the correct values.
    Every time you change in the value in the textbox this function is called.

    can you make it more clear? cause i'm really newbie in access.. or a simple step by step.. please..

    fill your subform with data using the form_load
    dim ..... as adodb.recordset

    set ..... = new adodb.recordset
    x="select.......... from .........
    me."name of subform".rowsource=x
