Unanswered: How to edit Select query with Unique values as Yes

Hi I have a query which I want to Edit the values. The issue is that if I set the unique values as no then the query shows duplicate records. If I set the unique value to Yes then I am not able to edit it.
So what I want is single records and also edit the query. Is there a way out of this.

Not really. With unique values on, the query is essentially grouping records. If you tried to edit one, how would it know which actual record you wanted to edit? It can't which is why the query is read-only. You'd need to find some way to restrict records via a WHERE clause or something.
