Question Unanswered: how to concatenate in VB without a query

I have created a form in which I want to create Disposition # based on 3 other textboxes. I want it to appear when the form loads and once other details are filled save it to a table. I dont want to do this in a query as it will not allow me to edit the form. Please help me as I am almost on the verge of completing my project. Someone please help. I will never ever forget you.
