Red face Normalization help needed :(

    Hello guys,

I am a university student and database is one of the modules we study and to be honest i don't have much experience with databases, i know the some but i don't know alot about normalization and i've been given a table to normalize.

Basically the table contains no data, just blank field and i was wondering if you guys help me normalize it to 3NF.

i had a go at it myself and the result is as follows:
    attachment file 1NF to 3NF.pdf

    it would be appriciated.

I've attached the given table below hope it makes sense:
    Attached Files Attached Files

    it's not

when you complete an exercise like normalization, it is a good idea to test your results for "reasonableness"

is it reasonable to have a table of locations, and for each location to have a date? it might be in 3NF but it's a useless table
