    Unanswered: calculating fields

I have a student working on a project for a florists - they have extras to go with flowers - such as a balloon and teddy etc.. they have created an extra's table see attached attachment - however, want to be able to calculate - so imagine that the customer requires two of the four items available - how do they create a cost for those two items?

    thanks in advance

    dunno
need to see some details of the design (the tables, the columns
how you store what 'extras' have been bought
how you handle flower sales as it is
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

she has a customer table, bouquet table, size table to work out size of bunch and cost, an extras table - with the extra item and cost,
and an orders table that pulls all the into together
