    Unanswered: Regarding backup

I have 2 full backups and i want to restore one of the backup into another new database when i issue the following command

    [db2inst1@abdulkalam ~]$ db2 restore database visilog taken at <VISILOG.0.db2inst1.NODE0000.CATN0000.201011151810 23.001> into test

I am getting following error into file called 'into'..

    [db2inst1@abdulkalam ~]$ cat into
SQL2508N The Database Restore timestamp parameter "test" is not valid.
    [db2inst1@abdulkalam ~]$

Please suggest me for correct command

yes you can. I would suggest downloading manual as it will answer all of these questions for you w/o a wait.

Yes, it's possible. It's in the documentation:
Using incremental restore in a test and production environment
