    Smile Help with a database design, For eggs??

    Hi all, Im new to this website so i'll begin with an introduction, Im Daniel, and thats all you really need to know :P

    Basically my mum and dad have got all these hens now and they are looking a way to track egg production, expenditure, sales of eggs ect.
    I have database experience at A-level and university so im really just looking some help with what tables should i include, reports, etc.

    So essentially you have database experience at A-level university and all you need to know is how to the very basics of how to create and work with a database, correct?
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    For your purposes, a simple MS Access database should suffice.
    If you want something more robust, try a SQL Server Express back-end with a Microsoft Access Data Project front-end.
    If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.
