    Unanswered: how to see crontab

    $ crontab -l
    0481-103 Cannot open a file in the /var/spool/cron/crontabs directory.
    A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

    i am geeting above error,
    but crontab is already sheduled for backup, i found that one from
    db2 list history backup command
    how to find path to crontabs,
    pls help me out.

    If crontab -e, or crontab -l, does not work, I would ask this question in a UNIX or Linux forum (not sure which OS you are using).

    what is the output for crontab -e ? crontab -e will allow you to do a vi of your existing cronjobs. If that file itself empty, explains the reason of the error you are facing with crontab -l.

    In a typical aix box, crontab directory will reside somewhere in /var/spool/cron. For more appropriate answers in case the above doesn't help, you can get faster help from the UNIX forums.
