    Unanswered: Query opens behind forms

Seems like a silly question, but I have a database (first one I am building!) and the problem is that the query that is running opens behind a form instead of on top of the form. I know how to close the form but not make the form become hidden behind the query.

I am working in 2007 access and I am sure that this is something that I am just overlooking but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect your form either has its Popup Property set to Yes or is being opened from another form using DoCmd.OpenForm with the AcWindowMode parameter set to acDialog, which sets Popup to Yes.

Correcting this should cause the Query to display on top of the form.

Alternatively, if you have a compelling reason for your form to be to Popup, have another form, with Popup set to Yes to display the results of your Query. This will also cause the results to appear on top of the first form.
