    Unanswered: Duplicate Records

    Hi all,
Here is my trouble. I have created a database with 6 tables and all have reletionships one to many and many to many(I break it into one to many and many to one)
Anyway...I am creating queries and when I create the queries from my tables It shows me the records twice.
I dont know what is the problem...the database relationships? or my query>??

without seeing either the relationships or the query, we are left to guess

i will guess that it's your query that is the problem

I will explain it better. I have:
    TbEmployee
    EmployeeID
    Name
    LastName
    __________
    TbJobDescription
    DescriptionID
    EmployeeID
    ShiftID
    Hoursperwork
    ___________
    TbShiftControl
    ShiftID
    Shiftdate

I have been trying to get in MS access a query that shows me total of hours per worker with their respective dates.

    >>>>>>>>>> Date01 Date 02 etc
    Employee01 4 hrs 5 hrs
    Employee02 5 hrs 3 hrs
    etc

Anyone? any idea how can i do this?
