Unanswered: [SQLS 2008] Query For Database Object Names

I need to list all of my application's triggers and stored procedures in a table in a Word document. Our systems require a list of all elements that make up the application. Is there a simple query to do so? What table(s) should I use to make my own query?

Thanks. I'm still getting used to where system tables are in SQL 2008. And by the time I'm done with this one query, I'll forget appropriately for next time
