Unanswered: lock pages in memory error pls help

Iam getting an error at 6:00 like this for the last couple of days,

A significant part of sql server process memory has been paged out. This may result in a performance degradation. Duration: 683 seconds. Working set (KB): 265600, committed (KB): 1197012, memory utilization: 22%

Iam thinking of these options ,

    1. increasing min server memory settings?
    2. Increasing ram?
    3. Set lock pages in memory option to true?
    4. Applying service pack options?

R these the right options? can you suggest the right option?? please ??

First you need to know what is installed on that box. Do you have anything other than SQL installed on this box? Do you have more than 1 instance installed there? What is the edition of the OS and SQL (including the bit edition)? Second, you need to find out what is going on at this time. SSIS packages running? Scheduled SSRS reports generated? Increasing server min memory will not help here, because this setting determines the minimum amount of virtual memory. The error message says that most of it has been paged. If you increase the minimum, - more will be paged. Increasing RAM may help, but you need to know the cause first.
