I have an interesting issue. Our payment gateway vendor won't guarantee any characters except those on an English keyboard. I have people from Brazil (and other countries) submitting our form. I suspect most will be from Spanish or similar keyboards but I truly have no way of knowing. When someone submits ñ to our page, the server is handling it quite nicely. The response page is correct. The email I receive is correct. However the payment gateway vendor is receiving Ã?Â± instead.
Is there anything I can programatically do to fix this?
