    Unanswered: Large database dump example

    Hi!

I'm doing some research about query optimization, and I need a large relational database dump (not necessarily oracle) to download. I searched through the internet but I couldn't find anything... do you guys know where can I find it?

    Thanks!!

    Quantify "large".
At what specific value does any DB become "large"?
Does DB with twenty 25GB empty tablespaces, qualify as large?

I'm sorry, I didn't formulate the question well enough..

What is important to me is a database with a lot of tables and a lot of relations (foreign keys), because I'm changing a database query optimization, and a lot of joins will be necessary to test if my changes will be beneficial.

Now, the amount of data in the tables doesn't need to be huge.. I don't need more than 1 or 2 minutes of execution time..

post examples for some of these changes.

I'll change the way the optimizer build the query plan... mostly about joins.. it's a scientific research..
