I'm recreating my old Access 2003 menu to a ribbon. I'm OK with the basic XML, so I've been able to add my new tabs and hide 'Create' and 'Database Tools' on the Access menu.

What I'm stuck on is somehow making my tabs stand out from the remaining standard Access menu tabs (External Tools and Home.) For example, I've added a tab called 'Reports'. So the menu has File, Home, External Data, Reports. Is there a way to make Reports stand out by changing the font or font color or back color?
