    Unanswered: Renaming tabs

I'm an Access novice and first time poster on this forum. I'm teaching myself while I build a members database for a club (over 1,000 members).

I've designed some forms and reports and when I have this open in a tab view, their names do not correspond with the forms and reports. The tabs have default names like 'members list 1 and members list 2). In the navigation pane and on the form itself, the name is correct. It is just the tab that is wrong.

I've tried the normal right click and double click, but cannot work out how to change the tab name.

    Can anyone help?

You can change the Caption property of each tab (in the Properties window).
    Have a nice day!

    in design mode
    select the tab control
then select the individual tabs within the control
set the appropriate propoerty for that tab, forget if its "name"
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

I had spent about two hours trying to find this.
As I suspected, very simple -once you know how.

    Thanks for the help.

I suspect I'll have a few more 'easy ones' to ask as my project develops.
