    Unanswered: Preventing other users to import tables

    in ACCESS 2007 , is there any way to prevent users from importing the database tables ?

    In msaccess 2003 you can hide the tables
    Right click on table and click properties then click hide then make shour the show hidden objects is not tick

    Or and other way is hide the backend database just use windows hide

    Or what I do is give the backend a difference extension like .sjm but then you have to delink the tables by code
