Unanswered: JDBC Drivers MySQL On Windows XP

I am trying to use an integration tool, Jitterbit, and it wants to use a JDBC driver and I can't seem to find on that I can simply install? I can see them out there but to me they look like you have to compile and as I am totally new to MySQL have no clue?

Sorry if this is a basic question but I really like the Jitterbit product and have used it in the past and want to continue using it for this project.

    Thanks
    Jim

Ok, I had already downloaded that and was looking for some type of 'install' and this does not have it? I am by far knowledgeable on this type of stuff?

This is the part that I have NO clue on?

Once you have extracted the distribution archive, you can install
the driver by placing mysql-connector-java-[version]-bin.jar in
your classpath, either by adding the full path to it to your
CLASSPATH environment variable, or by directly specifying it with
the command line switch -cp when starting your JVM.

    Also this

Within Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows
Vista, you must set the environment variable through the System
    Control Panel.

Again any information would be helpful! I do understand the environment variable but what name?

    Thanks for the feedback
