Unanswered: Inserting Values with Identity and Delete columns

I need to create a procedure.
    I have table A,B,C
I inserted a row in table A and deleted some rows in table B.
Now I want rows to be inserted in table C with @@identity(from table A) and deleted rows from table B(so table C now contains the no of rows which are deleted from table C)

    Any ideas?

Do a Google search on "Auditing tables". You will get lots of ideas.
