What you want is the Microsoft Access Upgrade Wizard. If you can tell us which version of Microsoft Access you're using now and which version of Microsoft SQL Server you want to use in the future, we can probably find you exactly the right page.

When you run the wizard, you:

    1) Pick an Access database file
    2) Pick a SQL Server and log into it
    3) Fill in a few details like the new SQL database name
    4) Let the Wizard do wizardly things!

In theory, theory and practice are identical. In practice, theory and practice are unrelated.

It works pretty well, too. Should do 90% or more of the work for you.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.
