    Question Unanswered: sql Date Time Problem

    guys , i need your help ,
    i have to read data from Ms Access database and Insert it to Sql database , using sql script . first i connect to Ms access using linked server , and test it it's ok , but when reading date values from MS Access i have this error in sql
    "Error converting data type DBTYPE_DBTIMESTAMP to datetime in sql"
    i know that there is date Value out of range in ms access , but how can i solve this problem in select query , i have try to convert it using Convert function , but nothing work . please help me guys.

    Try to use the IsDate() function in Access to locate the culprit.

    In MSSQL 2008 you have DateTime2.
